Dr. Crystal is from Houston, Texas and grew up playing sports such as basketball, gymnastics, ran track & field, cheerleading, and her latest new love, tennis. She graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology Exercise and her Doctorate in physical therapy from Mary Baldwin University. Dr. Crystal specializes in Pelvic Health physical therapy (i.e. obstetric/gynecologic conditions, pre/postnatal care, female/male/transgender pelvic floor dysfunction, general outpatient orthopedics, oncology care, and lymphedema). She is passionate about living a holistic lifestyle through some of her favorite hobbies such as working out, hiking, and traveling. She is equally passionate about helping her patient’s achieve the lifestyle they desire with my support to conquer physical/psychological barriers they may face. Dr. Crystal receives true joy when she has made a positive impact on her patient’s daily life when they reach their goals and feel empowered to perform any activity in every environment comfortably.
