Dr. Lindsey Romesburg

PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
Dr. Lindsey grew up in Philadelphia and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through Temple University’s 3+3 program. Throughout her life, she has been involved in sports and competitive dance, and she later developed a strong interest in weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates. She is APTA Level 1 Pelvic Health certified and Herman & Wallace Level 2A and 2B Pelvic Function certified. Before relocating to Texas, Dr. Lindsey developed and launched a comprehensive pelvic floor physical therapy program at her former practice. Much of her previous clinical experience also included treating sports orthopedic physical therapy. Core Values She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while continuing to grow through ongoing learning and evidence-based practice. Her goal is to empower every patient with the knowledge and confidence they need to take an active role in their health and long-term well-being.
“Plant seeds of happiness, hope, success, and love; it will all come back to you in abundance. This is the law of nature.” – Steve Maraboli

Patients often struggle to understand their bodies, injuries, or the recovery process, which can lead to reduced confidence and engagement in therapy. She aims to address this by empowering individuals through education on anatomy, health, and injury management so they can feel more autonomous, confident, and actively involved in their recovery.

Dr. Lindsey is a physical therapist with specialized experience in sports orthopedics and pelvic health. She enjoys working with a wide range of diagnoses—from helping athletes and active adults reclaim their performance, to empowering older adults as they overcome functional limitations, to bringing needed attention to pelvic floor dysfunctions that have long been overlooked.

“I really enjoy the sense of community among patients and colleagues at Sculpt U! The environment makes coming to work truly special.”
