Dr. Lindy Miller

PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

I grew up in Richardson, Texas and attended The University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science. I then attended The University of Texas at El Paso in El Paso, TX where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy. After I graduated and received my license, I worked at a clinic in Carrollton, TX before making the move to Houston in January of 2026.

My experience is primarily in the outpatient orthopedic setting as both a clinical technician prior to PT school and now as a licensed clinician. I am also certified in The One80 System®.

Core Values

Integrity, authenticity, excellence, loyalty, community

“Get busy living or get busy dying.” — Andy Dufresne

I enjoy getting patients back to feeling/functioning their best and back to the activities that they love doing most.

I specialized in general orthopedics, post-operative care – I more specifically enjoy working with shoulders, hip/spine, and knees.

I love the community and teamwork that I have experienced within the company, I appreciate the 1-on-1 sessions that we get to provide so we can put all of our attention and energy into each of our patients, and I love that each facility is in a unique location (i.e. gym, country club, basketball gym) and provides their own unique experience.
